- Nightly $60 (1-night)
- Weekly $300 (7-nights)
- Monthly $650 - $700 (dependent on location)
All rates include: Electric, Sewer, Water, and Wi-Fi and our rates don’t change with the seasons.
Rates are based on: 4 people; 1 RV/trailer; and 2 vehicles per site. Additional people, vehicles and trailers, of any type, must be approved by management and are subject to additional fees.
RV’s over 7 years of age must be approved by management.

Cargo trailers, boats, golf carts etc. must be approved by management. Cargo trailers and Boats must be stored across the street in the storage field. A storage agreement and additional $60 per month applies.

No refunds or transfer of reservation dates or occupants.
Deposits:
- Stays of 7 nights or less require payment in full to hold the site.
- Stays of 7 night or more require $175 deposit to hold the site.
- Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied to your site fee upon arrival. We are not able to hold sites for longer than two weeks.
